Maybe swimming would be a good idea for you. Just shake it up a bit. As for the ear doesn't that mean someone is talking about you? Its an old wives tale and I am probably wrong, but it's something like that.

When you're logged in, go to "My assistant" which is underneath the blue banner. There will be an option to edit your timeline (which will update info on Igor's list) and then edit your signature with timeline in it, if you wish.

AG don't get too frustrated they are just now getting into the mid to lat Feb filers. Yours should be coming any day now. VSC has been pushing out approvals at the end of the month the last few months. So that should be a pretty good sign.
