Congratulation to everyone.

Is it possible that the USCIS waive our condition of not meeting in person within two years? We answered the Question # 18, NO. They sent us RFE for g325-a, id pictures, birth certificates proofs of meeting in person within 2 years. We only sent them our (petitioner and beneficiary) g325-a and other needed requirements, except for the proof because we really didn't met in person 2 years before the filing of petition. instead we sent them our son's birth certificate and picture.

I know its not 100% sure that when they approve petitions they will grant us visa.

I'm surprised and happy about the NOA2 approval. I just want to be prepared when we get our interview at USEM.

CONGRATULATIONS!!

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.
