We sent our package in Feb 28 so I figured we can be added to the Progress Report as well?

I just had my Biometrics taken today. In and out in about 45 min.

Pretty fast I thought.

=)

I probably won't be having an interview. Seems most of use who get the cases transfered don't have to suffer through the interview. I would imagine the next thing for me is my Permanent Resident Card in a couple months. I'm not so concerned as long as I have my EAD and can work. (I start working 8am on Monday morning) :D

We have not received anything other than our interview date ( 4/21/09 )

Hopefully, all will go great so that he gets his greencard fast after the interview for him to find work and travel!

You don't have to worry about it. Sometimes EAD and/or AP arrives in the mail right

before the interview date & they are going to be taken away by IO during the interview.

So, in your case they are going to be absolutely useless !....

Please compare your dates within February Filers by following this link.

Yeah, you are right. I forgot about that your case was transferred to CSC.

You won't have an interview, but keep in your mind getting GC through CSC usually takes more time

than the ones who go through an interview at their local USCIS office.

Btw, just you & me responsible for the spreadsheet from now on.

Congratulations Chasingamy!!! How long is you EAD valid for?

The EAD is good for one year...but when I the permanent redient card gets here then the EAD is pretty much useless as the "greencard" allows me to work as well
