Love grits with a couple of over easy eggs, maybe just a little pepper, mixing the yolks with the grits is good.

I love grits with butter and salt, or cheese grits, even with salmon or shrimp. Never had them with sugar.

Today we're having cream of wheat -- hubby just had dental surgery and needs the protein.

Grita are very popular in my southern family, apparently my sister's cheese grits are the bomb, but I have never developed a taste for them. in fact they kinda gross me out.

I grew up on Cream of Wheat and Oatmeal. Never tried grits, but I'm willing to give it a shot.

Yeah me too. It's a California thing I think, and I don't even know if you have grits there LOL

When I moved here from there I swore I'd never try them, but I eventually did and I like them now.
