Hi Everyone!

I have great news, my I-360 was approved yesterday! Though I didn't know until today when I got the email. Thank you all for your support. I'm in such disbelief that it actually happened and it happened exactly 5 months to the day I filed.

Anyway, to those of you who are waiting, keep the faith. It's so damn hard and I questioned myself so many times, but it all worked out.

I would suggest anyone who goes through this process to get a good attorney. If you're confident to do it yourself, go ahead, but I had a great attorney and yes I paid $4500 for her but it was worth it.

Just in case anyone wants to know what I sent with my package, here it is:

- letter from therapist when I was with my husband

- letter from another therapist after we separated

- his medical records from the hospital

- I only had two pics of me and my husband, but I had lots of mail showing we lived at the same address

- joint bank account statements

- copy of his citizenship, driver's license

Good to luck to you all! :)

Congrats Honey!!! I am soo happy for you! At least we know that USCIS is not sleeping on their desks :)

(F) Thank you ALL for your messages and support (F) .

It's been a devastating JOURNEY for my family and myself. Nobody knows for what we go through until we walk on other's shoes. 34 months are ENDLESS compare with all I have suffered during each of one single day during these years. All I can say and this would be my best advice for all of you who are still waiting for a decision: TRUST IN GOD. Heal yourselves. Stay focus in what's important in your life and NEVER lose FAITH IN OUR MERCIFUL GOD, NEVER, NEVER , EVER !!!!!!!!.

I have a question. USCIS website said that my case was transfered to NATIONAL BENEFITS CENTER. Do I need ( or my lawyer) to do / file something? O just wait until I'm scheduled for an interview? I'm not updated about what's the process now. Can you please help me out with this info? What am i supposed to do now? Do I need to file or send something to them? I'm confused.

Thank you very much in advance for your kindly support and help.

Folks I have a question about how to deal with lawyer. The lawyer keeps asking me for money but do no work. I did everything up to now. Now I want to show the lawyer what I have but I think he will just say everything looks ok and ask for more $$. How will you deal with this situation? Do your lawyer act like that? Please share with me your experience. Thanks.

Hi Dear EWTN First of all Congratulation and wish you have wonderful rest of life with your familly .Always when i see your Member name ,i know how is frustrated for you and your familly and also how you know to deal with members on here even misunderstood but you are always willing to help everyone the good and bad members .all this terrible situation just for reliev .

Now you said you are out of united states because your mom sick and you leave even your i-360 still pending at VSC .

the next process ,

Now your i-360 approved .the vsc will send you or your attorney approval notice and defered action valid for 15 months .if you file i-765 you can receive work permit .if you aready file i-485 together with i-360 or on this case your old i-485 if vermont inform you that they transfered your i-485 .than next will be interview and finger print notice .or they may send you green card without interview .

if you are out of united states your attorney should ask vermont to take action on an approved petition .to send it to department of state for Visa for you to come here .

if you never file i-485 .Vermont will not transfer anything they will ask you on the approval notice to adjust astatus with there office .

feel free to ask . Good bless everyone on here . Write Always and put some flowers .because they clean the heart of waiting lol .

it aint about how hard you hit .its about how hard you can get hit and how much you can take and keep moving forward even broken
