Is there any visa available to hire a caregiver??

Hi everybody! I would like to know if there's any visa available in USCIS to hire a caregiver? I have a friend who has disability and needs caregiver. In Canada, I heard theres a lot of Filipino caregiver and they're getting working visa. Is there any visa petition that is possible to file for a caregiver similar to Canada? His family doesnt like to put him in a nursing home. Or if He can find a wife to marry is it really a must to visit her twice? Can he file a hardship letter stating that because of his condition he cant go travel outside the country?

There are companies that have imported caregivers but I don't know the details. An employee at work had one for his Mother.
