Spouse Name

(US Citizen Spouse)

We don't have any loan/mortgage (thanks God - :) ). We own the house but it is on my husband's name, so we cannot provide that as proof either. Another thing is, is it ok that my two affidavits are not notarized?

Oh, btw, I wrote our daughter's name in part 5 of the form I-751 and put "US citizen" in the immigration status box. Is this correct? alot of confusing answers as to write the US citizen child's name or not. Any thoughts to those who already got their 10 yr GC?

Thanks for all the advise guys... (F) (F) (F)

We didn't have a lot of things in joint so I used affidavits and think they helped a lot.

thanks alot for replying guys!

I'm starting to get worried because I don't know if that is enough evidence (i'm glad u guys think it is). My permanent card will expire on Feb 23 and hope to send my documents this week. I'm still waiting for my husband's friend to sign the affidavit on Thursday. I decided not to notarize the affidavit anymore, I hope that works too.

Thanks again and good luck to everyone of us. God Bless all (F)(F) (F)
