You need to call USCIS and request an update / expedite, you are outside normal processing times.

Definitely call, and keep calling until you get someone to accept the expedite request based on being outside of processing times. Also try and speak with someone at the service center. I must warn you in advance, you maybe on hold for quite sometime before you get through to someone at the service centers.
