On my fiance I-134,Affidavit of Support I spelled her name Phuong wrong and spelled it Phoung! Also did it on the I-I29 Petition for Alien Fiancé which has been approved! She turned in her packet #3 yesterday and should be getting her packet 4 soon. Should I just have her leave it alone or ??????

I think she can correct it at the time of the interview. The paperwork should match her documents like passport, birth certificate and ID.

True... though I'd guess there may be some extra scrutiny at interview time regarding the "bona fide" status of the relationship.

Apr 30, 2008 -------> Forms received by USCIS

May 06, 2008 -------> Cashed check posted to account

May 10, 2008 -------> NOA1 received for EAD, AP, and AoS

May 10, 2008 -------> Biometrics appt date received

May 28, 2008 -------> Biometrics for EAD & AoS

Jun 11, 2008 -------> AoS case transferred to CSC

Jul 05, 2008 -------> AP Approval

Jul 09, 2008 -------> EAD approval

When is her interview? I would have her correct the spelling, for sure. Otherwise, she's going to have to spell her name wrong on EVERYTHING she signs in the US. If there's a worry about scrutiny at her interview, maybe you could write a letter for her to take to the Consulate explaining that you made a boo-boo in spelling her name when you filed the paperwork... It's not the worst mistake that's ever been made, but still something you may want to just go a little further to explain in case questions arise from it :) Good luck :)
