well once you enter the USA on the K-1 you must be married within 90 days... you must file for AOS by that 90th day and it typically takes 90 days+ more to recieve the Greencard

Emmett Fitz-Hume: I'm sorry I'm late, I had to attend the reading of a will. I had to stay till the very end, and I found out I received nothing... broke my arm.

VERY incorrect information. There is NO set time you have to file for AOS.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

But after I file for the AOS (whenever that is) how long does it usually take to recieve the greed card?

How long is a piece of string?

For most people it's probably six months to a year.

Your mileage may vary and there are no guarantees.

And while there is no 'rule' about 'having' to file for adjustment before the K1 entrants I94 expires (90 days from date of entry) it is advisable to do so in order to preserve the alien's status should there be any challenges by the Service to that adjustment.

Twice the distance from one end to the middle..........

Well I hope when I apply I get my green card within a year as now in Texas you cant get your state ID or drivers license till you have it, so I can only drive on my UK license for a year and then I will be really stuck if I dont have my green card, it is so unfair

well its not just in TX, its nationwide, unless you have something document wise that shows you are allowed to be here until a certain date no one will issue you a state ID nor a drivers license as they need that validity date to give your ID/license an expiry date
