dont be scared of the bushes ells..they been here all my life lol and pls believe some of those guys can do some AMAZING things w/ girls twice ur likkle size mami.. i seen it..

yes.. everyone says tx is for families.. alot of my single friends get very bored here, but hey i never have a dull weekend LOL

im scared of the hurricanes too and flooding, that cali housing don't make no sense.. i am too spoiled here.. but the cost of living is more there too so i would imagine salaries are higher, see FLL had same salaries as us (that i could tell) just higher mortgages..

so tx girl i am for now..

Salaries are higher as long as you don't work for the state like I do!

Hey if anyone has Oberweis around them they have FREE coffee Fridays in January. This includes their icecream coffees, I just went and got one and they are so delish. Next Friday I will have to go when they open and then when I get off of work.

Okay, Dillon - you had to mention ice cream!! I survived my craving last night without giving in - you just started it back

Man ya'll can chat eh??

i was thinking of fl ells cuz of the ja population, and wonderful weather, but the houses were hellava expensive.. property is soo cheap in tx.. example 2000 sq ft house- $120,000, i couldnt get nearly that in fll...

what is it like in ur part of cali..

If it weren't for humidity I might consider FL. The only place I'm willing to tolerate humidity is JA though! I can't take it!

Texas scares me cause the Bushes live there. But I could see the draw with the housing market being so affordable.

In the bay area where I live, San Francisco in particular, it is IMPOSSIBLE to afford a house....or at least for me. It's a great area with the multi-culturalism, the proximity to just about everything you could ever want to do and the distance to the great outdoors but it is very expensive. An average home in my neighborhood for example costs somewhere between $750,000 & $1,000,000!! I love it here but I doubt that I'll ever be able to settle here.

I live in the Bay Area too! B)
