Hey guys,

Just wanted to see where everyone else is at in this journey with NVC?

We received our I-129F & I-130 approvals January 6th.

We're already in the AVR system, but haven't heard anything (via AVR and operators) about our DS-3032 being generated yet. I guess I'll try back again tomorrow!

Good luck all! :)

One Question I have is after I receive notice that my DS-3032 has been generated and I email them my form what comes next? I know that I-864 bill will also be generated. I plan to pay this bill online, but after looking at the website I am not sure where to pay the bill. Anyone know?

I put, I appoint my husband.

For the from DS-230 and 3032, I do believe that you use your married name since you are already married and when you submit I-130, I do believe that you also used your married name?

From what I know, after you email or mail your DS-3032 and if it is already accepted by NVC, they will generate your IV fee bill. Then you pay IV fee online and process your DS-230.

Do you mean the website to pay online? If it is then here is the link https://ceac.state.gov/CTRAC/Invoice/signon.aspx

Hope this helps

You can email it, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. We have to wait for it to be "generated" before we can go sending forms in! I don't think NVC likes that too much :P

You can try and get your IIN through the operators @ NVC. Sometimes they give it to you, sometimes they don't. No worries if you don't get it though, your spouse will get it in the mail, and from there you can either pay online, or you can send in a money order, etc. I definitely will pay online. It goes much quicker that way!

Wow. I just called NVC asking about the DS-3032 being generated and I got some jerk of a lady! I was super nice to her. Yesterday I had a nice lady, but this one was a witch! I said "has the DS-3032 been generated yet?" She said "NOPE." That's all she said!

Wow....anyways....I'm going to try again on Monday! HOPEFULLY by then it'll be generated.

I called NVC many times and sometimes you get some jerk on the phone and sometimes nice ones. Don't let that discourage you call back if you have any questions or if you want to see where you stand with your case.

Yep, I experienced the same thing. Some are very nice, some are not. Just keep calling back.
