who does iran like?
Hamas, Hezbollah...
as flunkys only.

Basically, Americans have to deal with the duplicative follower (Khamenei) of Iran's first post-1979 leader (Khomeini) a bitter cantankerous chop of a cleric who had passed his "best-before" date prior to Moussadegh's term as PM; till Khamenei steps down, Iran's leaders will continue to hate US.

I think they always will hate us. Prophesy must be fulfilled.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

Slightly O/T - but I caught the end of O'Reilly's radio show in the car last night and the results of a phone-in survey they did asking whether or not people people wanted the Obama presidency to succeed - about 40% said 'no'.

That probably has a lot to do with the make-up of O'Reilly's audience - but still: 40% of people don't want their new president to succeed!?

What happened to patriotism...

"I don't want the economy to get better, or for Obama to be the one to do it

I think I now understand why people say the British don't understand irony. :jest:

"The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the U.S. Government can’t pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies."

O'Reilly is the the worst thing on TV or Radio. He has no real value to journalism or broadcasting news other than his bigoted, close minded opinions.

What happened to real reporting? Fox News, CNN, and MSNBC are all ratings grabbers who apeal to their audiences' position on the lattitude of liberalism/conservatism. Here's whats happening in our opinion... instead of this is whats happening.

Emmett Fitz-Hume: I'm sorry I'm late, I had to attend the reading of a will. I had to stay till the very end, and I found out I received nothing... broke my arm.
