Hello again, and first off I want to thank everyone that has helped so far. I just got back from Vietnam and it was a wonderful visit.

Now my question is about line 11 on the I-129F form, where it says (attached additional sheets as necessary.) Is this the waiver that I need to add with my petition? or is this something separate. Do I need to download a special form, or simply have a piece of paper printed up with my answer to that question.

Thanks again Jerome

If there's any question or information required that won't fit on the form, feel free to add the information on a separate sheet. If/when you do, refer to the sheet on the form and on the sheet to the item on the form it is intended to supplement.

If you need to request an IMBRA waiver, I would include that in your "cover letter".

I did several supplemental sheets because the information wouldn't fit in the space provided on the I-129F. I just referenced to the supplement. It seemed to work perfectly for us.

I am supplying a supplemental sheet for how we met. Is that supposed to cover how we first met online in detail, as well as the details of me going to his country? Doing that I have a full page.

thanx

Okay, thanks for the help, but.... A regular piece of printer paper will work? when attaching extra sheet, would I simply leave the answer on the seperate sheet and simply write in the box "extra sheet enclosed" Thanks again for all your help

I had several supplemental sheets to questions on the I-129F. I just used regular paper and referenced the question number at the top of the page.

The explanation should be as short and vague as possible. This is exactly what I wrote (minus the exact details) and I did not need a supplementary form to finish my explanation. You're more than welcome to use this as an outline for your explanation if you'd like:

"Originally, we met in an online chat called [site] in [month & year] while I was in college and he was finishing secondary high school. We kept daily contact through messengers such as [messenger] and [messenger] after that. I flew to [country] in [month & year] and stayed with [name] and his family for a month. I returned home [month & year]."

We met in October 2007 and our immigration journey started in July 2008 when we filed for the I-129F Fiance Visa petition.

Regular printer paper will work perfectly fine. Just write the question number (and maybe retype the question as well) that the information pertains to.
