Greetings,

Has anyone been paying attention to the regional processing center dates?

I submitted my I-129F on March 18th and like many, got moved to CSC.

As I have seen it, they normally release the current dates every 15 or 16 days. As of this moment, we are at 21 days.

Why is that? Are they overwhelmed with the transfers? I think so. Thoughts?

I used to follow up daily when I first submitted the I-129F. I beleive there is a link on the USCIS website that allows you to check the status of your case. Unfortunately, I do not have that link anymore. Please do the reseach on this site and find out. I submitted to the Texas Service Center but was transfered to CSC as well. It only tood me 9 days to get approved. You should be glad because CSC tends to move things along quicker than any other centers --- Good luck

I used to be indecisive. Now I am just not sure ...

I appreciate the link, however, that is exactly what I am talking about. The regional progress is released every 15 days. or so I thought. Now, 21 days and counting.

I have been in the "pipeline" for almost 87 days, now transferred. Look at Vermont SC. Typically. under 30 days to NOA -2 . What is going on in CSC? I believe IMBRA or whatever it is called cannot be the source of the delay.

I worked for the Department of State Overseas for many years. This process was not this difficult before. Has something happened recently? IMBRA excluded?

Also, I noticed, the last time it was updated, at least for Ca, the K-1 date they were working on did not change from what was previously posted before that. In the beginning of may, it was 2/03 and in the end still 2/03
