So I sent my package to USCIS today 1/05/09. I sent it by priority mail, return recipt, and certified mail. Hope my process will be smooth.

Now lets see. Will keep you guys posted.

10/16/06(68): AD 130

2/12/06(1):485 sent

If you don't get the biometrics appointment within 30 days. Call USCIS and they will do a service request!

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

Just received my packaged back. Ahhhhh so pisst of with myself. Wanted to send it early and they sent it back to me due to filing it prior my 90 days period. So now i have to wait till the 25 of jan. before i send it in. Oh well thats what i get for being to punctual. :bonk:

received my aproval letter today in the mail. Weird thing is that the online status is still the same but my approval letter says congratulations.

Yahoo! now time to wait another year to file for my citizenship!
