I-134 Question #11

Although I am financially capable of providing for my fiance my tax returns from the previous years do not prove it. Therefore, my mother has agreed to co-sponsor my fiance as a "just in case"

On question # 11 I _____ (intend/do not intend) to make specific contributions to the support of the person named in item #3...what does my co-sponsor mark if there are no intentions to provide for my finace but rather just to insure that he will not be a public charge?

I answered "do not intend" to make specific financial contributions and then below, where you put your statement, I wrote that I am willing to provide whatever is necessary to support him as long as it is needed.

Since the K-1 holder is entering the USA for an indefinite period of time question 11 does not apply.

did not check either box and stated "N/A K-1 process for permanent residency"

Used the EXAMPLE form.
