I've read a post here about the POE which will be asked upon filling up the forms at SLMEC.

I'll be having my medical on Jan 5, 2009..

Does anybody know my tentative POE? Because I really have no idea..

I would really appreciate if someone could advise me..

Hi, Maybe ask your fiancee what was his poe in usa last time he visted you. Or it depends which airlines you will use I think.... sorry i cant be much help , maybe someone will give you the answer here.

It could be one of many. You won't really know until you book your flights, unless you want to go through a specific POE. When I flew into PA my POE was Detroit. But it could have been JFK or Philidelphia, but those tickets were more expensive.

My POE was Washington, DC. That's also what I put in the SLEC form and what I told the Consular Officer during our interview. I'm here in PA and is just about 2 hours drive away from Washington DC.

Hi, I flew to PA too and I used Detroit as POE then Harrisburg to our place.

it depends on what airlines that you're taking... the 1st US airport that you get in will be your POE..

if you take United Airlines.. probably your POE is ORD (Chicago O'hare) since it's one of their main hub.

Radz POE will be San Fran because thats her first landing point in US and I plan to meet her there then we fly home together to Tennessee. I wish I could fly the whole trip with her but cant. Good Luck cezychic. Where are you going to be living in the USA if you dont mind me asking?

I would say Philadelphia International in Philly
