Seriously? I was hoping for a day or two!! do you think it'll make any difference if i hand deliver it? i'm right next door.... i'm just worried they might lose that way! not sure what's best but it'll save on the special delivery postage! Thanks for the email!

I'm not sure they allow hand deliveries. I remember somebody trying it before by sending bicycle courier and it was refused. They have the contract with SMS and are pretty strict for security reasons I think.

4/affidavit of support form (notarized) plus three years of of w2s and a letter from his work on company letterhead signed about length of employment and good standing.

Do you have the income tax returns or transcripts? The W2s are statements of earnings that go with the tax returns, but are not the same thing.

No I think they are just w2s there's these three thin booklets of into printed on with I think w2 on the front why will this be a problem? If so I think I will cry.

Can the tax returns and transcripts be emailed to me and printed off? There is no way the post will get here in time if he posts them. That's if he can get them in time. And why is there a difference? If it shows his income for those years?

Not to butt in....but I dont see why they couldn't be just printed that way. We don't have "original" 1040's. For example, I've filed my taxes electonically for years and just have the 1040 printed from the online company I used to file (Turbo Tax) for my own records as the IRS doesn't need for me to mail it in.

So I would think if he emailed it to you from scanning it, it should be fine. It's just a copy.

ok guys don't i feel like a prat!!

the whole booklets are not infact w2s as Vito has just pointed out to me when he got back and saw my freeking out messages on everything (skype, facebook and yahoo), the front page and back page only is w2s of each booklet and the rest are 1040ez?

i think i will be needing supervision in future when navigating these financial forms

oh forgot to add his annual wage is on the signed letter from his boss too.

If you are asking about affidavit of support (I-134) yes you will need it for the interview, one from the sponsor and one from the co-sponsor, if you have one, with related documents.

But if you are asking about affidavits as supporting documents to prove a bona-fide relationship, then no, they are not necessary and you don't need one. But be sure to write an updated letter of intent from you for your fiance and from your fiance for you, stating that you are free and legal to marry and that you will marry the other within 90 days of the other's entrance into the USA on fiance visa. Make sure it is addressed to the embassy and signed with a date that is current to your interview date. Also, these updated letters of intent do not need to be notarized. Other than these letters, you don't need any other letters from anyone.

i was the one that tried the bicycle courier. they wouldn't accept it. they also wouldn't accept someone just walking up and handing it in. It had to be royal mail, fedex or ups delievery or they wouldn't take it!
