He's fine. We just exchanged an early Christmas present each.

And before Charles can wade in here with some smutty comment - I bought him Doctor Who Series 4. His face lit up like the Christmas tree and we had to watch 4 episodes right away! :D

Just wondering how many of you that normally get an xmas bonus got one this year?

I have gotten one every year until this year. My normally generous boss didn't give me one, nor did he offer an explanation as to why I didn't get one.

I feel like it's tacky to ask him why I didn't get one even though I'm highly ticked! I know bonuses are given at employer discretion and maybe I shouldn't feel that way but I'm sitting here stewing in anger... :angry:

We get a safety bonus. We won't get the check until February.

End of the year bonus, literally. To be paid out on 31 December. Either way, we are very thankful for it.

Hopefully, 2009 will be better for everyone.

I didnt get a bonus! Im just thankful for what I have. My kids are safe and healthy. I have the love of my life with me. Everything else is puddin on the pie!
