A# on K-1 Petition

Does anyone know if the USC has to enter an Alien # from a previous approved K-3 petition on a new K-1 petition? The foreign resident was approved for a K-3 petition, but requested to have the case pulled at the local Embassy. They have since divorced, and are engaged to a totally different USC. Does the new USC petitioner have to enter the A# from the old case?

Oh btw, the foreign resident never came Stateside, and remained in their country.

If they have the A# from prior petition, then yes provide the A#, it may help USCIS with name checks.

Thanks! You guys are awesome and very quick to respond. I was a little confused with the G-325A. I knew it had to be on the I-129f. One more question (at least for now). :lol:

I went through the K-1 process back in 2001, and completed AOS. We separated before ROC, and I was granted my divorce in Feb of this year. I never contacted USCIS to advise that we were not continuing our petition. Do I need to do anything before I file the new K-1 petition, or will the divorce decree be enough?
