Back in August, I submitted my Petition for a K-1 for my fiancee (and K-2 for her daughter) who lives in Peru. We hope to receive our NOA2 soon.

When she fills out the DS-156 Nonimmigrant Visa Application for the embassy, what should she check for Questions # 36 which reads, "Has Anyone Ever Filed an Immigrant Visa Petition on Your Behalf?" Should it be "yes" or "no"?

U should check no. This question is in case somebody else ever filed a K-1 for ur fiancee.

U should check no. This question is in case somebody else ever filed a K-1 for ur fiancee.

You should check no, but the question relates to an I-130 immigrant petition, not an I-129F for a non-immigrant visa. For instance, I checked yes for my wife for her K3 visa process because I had indeed filed an I-130 in her behalf.

No, the OP is filing for a K1 process, but the question refers to whether anybody ever filed an I-130 for the beneficiary previously. An I-130 does not have to be filed by a spouse. A parent or step-parent are other examples.
