i woke up this morning to let the dogs out man it was sooo COLD! turned on the tv, satellite was no good so i went outside and brushed the satellite, almost develop a frost bite lol... right now its -1 F (-18 celsius), to think its still 4:20 PM, could be worse tonight... i keep thinking about the sandy beach in siargao and how i wish we were still there... but where going snowboarding tomorrow (cant change the booking), and it says its gona be -19F for the wind chill... oh my heck! lol... well i guess i am really here in the US! and winter does exist! :blush:

im just bored nothing to do and my broncos is losing :crying:

it was for me too for the first time, then you realize, its really cold to enjoy not unless if you're wearing thick coat and gloves lol... i keep planning to have my first snow man ever but not enough snow yet, or i keep forgetting...

It's our first winter experience here also. The snow started last night and we all went out to play snowballs and took pictures. Right now, it's -3 degrees Celsius here.

Nice pic there. Makes me long for the beaches there at this time.

My husband enjoyed watching the snow falling last Weds in Louisiana... Its just very rare that Louisiana have snow though. Edited by my_panacea = Greg

-1F is still okay. Imagine a -16F, ugh! Had experienced that in Canada. US seems fine. I hope it won't go down to that -16F, brrrr.....

yea i hope not! but we did tried snowboarding -15F last xmas season lol... that was a bit crazy of me... i dont mind being cold outside of the house if theres a fire place inside and being cozy w/ my hubby lol... i love love love fresh snows!!! super awesome but when its just called and all ice outside, then it gets depressing Brrrrrrrrrr

yep Louisiana couple days ago got the experience of a lifetime lol... it snowed and some havent seen snow in La for 60 yrs lol...

Uh oh... I hope it's not that bad in KY. Thank God my SO and I decided that he come to the Philippines and spend the holidays here instead of the initial plan of me going there. heheheheh

4.11.2014: Received NOA2 approval notice in the mail.

5.01.2014: Called NVC to ask for status of paperwork. Advised they received both application on 4.28. Advised to call in 30 business days for an update.

6.02.2014: Email notification received from NVC that shows parents' NVC case number and instructions to pay AOS Fee and fill out DS 261.

6.03.2014: Paid AOS fee ($88 for both petitions)

Surfed today! Wrapped a couple tubes around my head. Wife and anak planted ampalaya, kamatis, sitaw and kamote. Had green mango and bagoong for a snack.

Was a bit chilly this morning. About 74 F.
