hay ladies it SNOWED!!!! Here in Seattle it is a nice 2 inches where i live and very very cold..

JJ i always choose where i spend my last post to get my heart. I always want it to mean something hehehehehe strange.

How do u know that JJ?? I've noticed others saying that before, but I never understood that. Can someone explain?? Thanks

Good morning everyone. I was half asleep in bed and heard my sister on the answering machine saying what sounded like, "BRIDGET...pick up the phone!!! Something's wrong with MOM!!!". By the time I got to the phone she was gone. She doesn't own a cellphone so I called her house and no one was there. Then I called my mom and got into a long conversation about what the best travel mug was all the while thinking I could still be trying on these beautiful pair of cream colored shoes I was buying in my dream. Finally I got out of bed and listened to the message. She was at the mall. The message was "Bridget, pick up the phone, I'm at the mall!". Where I got the other message from is a mystery.

So I'm up. Dropped hubby off to work and am trying to muster up the energy to go down cellar and assess the flood damage. I don't think we got more than an inch of water down there two days ago but I was waiting for the sump pump to do it's thing before I go look at the mess. :wacko: I'd much rather ignore it and go out shopping. :devil:

Another day in the adventures of working in a public library....

An old man who I was helping just told me I was a nice and helpful young lady, but he didn't like the color of my nail polish! (it's a dark maroon)..then he said, "Does your husband like that?? ah, he prolly loves you the way you are.."

2009-07-15 NOA1 for I-485, I-131, I-765 (USCIS rec'd date is 07-12)

2009-08-05 Case transferred to CSC

2009-08-12 no biometrics yet.......called on 30 day mark to report no biometrics, a service inquiry has been made on the case.....

2009-08-25 - received Biometrics appointment letter!

2009-08-27 I-131 (AP) approved

2009-09-15 Biometrics appointment

2009-09-15 EAD Card production ordered!

2009-09-23 EAD Card received

2009-10-06 GC approved/card production ordered

2009-10-13 GC received in the mail!
