Ugh! I need to blow off some steam! Just called VSC and the lady said that the waiting times for July/August filers is 5-6 more months. She says we should expect 9-10 month waiting periods from NOA1-NOA2. This is total BS! VSC is operating in total derangement! Anyone want to scream together?:crying: Edited by Maple-Donutz

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

HHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

I feel better now.

"you fondle my trigger then you blame my gun"

Timeline: 13 month long journey from filing to visa in hand

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive, and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Thanks!

Yep, the July 07 fee increase is at work now, A MAJOR improvement in processing times! Much different than when our I-129F for K-1 went through VSC Aug 2006 (1 month NOA1 -- NOA2).

Yep typical government agencies throw more money at them and you get improvements! NOT!!!

Just hang in there.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

What makes you think you spoke to somebody at VSC?

Did they escalate your call Fariha? They did that to me other day and told me it would be up to 9 month wait if no RFE and if RFE 10-11 months.

Yes, they told me it was being transferred to VSC and I asked the lady. It was VSC for certain.
