I've noticed that you have to fill out I-134F and take it to embassy.

I am bit confused... Do I need to complete I-134F and I-134 as well?

and also, DS-230 as well?

Do I need to fill out all these forms and give it to my fiancee so she can take it to interview?

Any other forms that I need to complete?

and also on I-134 form, it is asking for the date that I resided in US. what if you don't know the exact date? would this be a problem? or is there anyway that I can find out?

K1 Timeline

2008/12/15 I-129F Sent.

2008/12/16 I-129F Received by CSC: AND NOA1 issued same day.

2008/12/18 I-129F Check cashed

2008/12/20 NOA1 Received

2009/04/28 Touched (Detail info did not change. Just the date has changed. NOA2???)

2009/04/29 NOA2 Approved (Received email notification)

I-134 is provided to the consulate (not the initial submission to the USCIS) and is prepared by the USC. You are the USC and you do not know dates of residence? Answer to the best of your ability

DS-230 is provided to the consulate by the visa applicant (not the USC) but its use is consulate specific.

DS-156, DS-156K will also be provided to the consulate by the visa applicant

YMMV

There are a LOT of forms. Some consulates have different requirements, so you should look at the list for the Packet 3 for your fiancee's consulate.

MOST consulates require an I-134 from US Citizen petitioner to show support of the NON-Immigrant.

Your profile and timeline lack details about which country you are dealing with so I cannot give you a specific answer.

PLEASE fill in your profile N/A is NOT a country, and from where you posted this you filed for a K-1 visa NOT N/A

Do we need to complete DS-156 as well or just DS-156K? DS-156 looks like it is more for visitor visa. it is asking how long intend to stay in US and purpose of your trip. and who will be paying for the trip.

it looks like it because it is used for that visa as well.... see example forms section for ideas on how to prepare... you have not filed the I-129f petition yet, you have a several month wait before you need these forms

YMMV

BOTH are used for K-1 visas, as well as DS-230.

K-Visas ar NON-Immigrant visas so use DS-156.
