AMAN,

I think you are good to go... The only thing I can suggest is to be sure to write your NVC case number on the top right corner of EVERY page of your package. Other than that... I think you have done a great job putting everything together.

GOOD LUCK!!!

ok, guys...so i called NVC twice this evening and was told that my case was in its final review process. all my paperwork seems to look good and that i need to wait for the final administrative process.

i spoke with two guys at the NVC and i was told that NVC only collects the neccessary paperwork on behalf of the embassy/consulate. meaning they will not review the I-864. it is for the embassy/consular officer to make a decision after reviewing my AOS.

this has got me worrying a little bit. i have been making well more than $17.5K every year for the past 4 yrs.

you guys think I should be fine? i am very worried...for what? i dont know...i am just getting a little tensed for some reason :(

NVC case completed people :)

we did it in 19 days without an RFE...i thought it took longer, i guess they were in a holiday mode and celebrating with the new president...oh well, i hope our interview clears with flying colors...

for those of you waiting...keep your paperwork ready while you are waiting for USCIS..we collected our paperwork and that helped a lot.

special thanks to LingLing's guide and Loto for their guides. it helped a lot....if not for these two very very important resources, i would still be waiting for DS-3032 to be cleared.
