July 19, 2014 - N400 packet sent out

July 21, 2014 - N400 packet delivered

July 23, 2014 - received email/text that I-797 is issued

July 26, 2014 - received I-797 in mail

August 11, 2014 - received the Biometrics notification

August 14, 2014 - biometrics walk-in (original date August 20)

August 18, 2014 - in line for interview scheduling

September 9, 2014 - yellow letter is received (letter is issued September 3)

November 3, 2014 - interview notice is issued (email/text alert)

November 10, 2014 - interview notice received with the interview date of December 11, 2014.

November 10, 2014 - request to reschedule mailed out

congrats..i was looking at our spreadsheet and started getting excited because more and more people are getting their Interview notices towards the middle of the sheet (and im near the bottom)...those with "package received" dates of around Dec 12 or so are already getting their interview dates!

04/20/2004 Got married in the Philippines, and lived between here and there

10/15/2008 Husband arrives in USA on B1/B2 Tourist Visa

12/19/2008 Sent I-130 & I-485 AOS package via USPS Priority

12/21/2008 Package delivered

12/26/2008 NOA's dated for I-1485, I-130, I-131, I-765

03/30/2009 Obtained Green Card

01/24/2012 Mailed in N-400 for Naturalization

01/31/2012 Check for $680 was cashed

Just completed my biometrics today in Denver...within 15 minutes, I'm done. :thumbs:

Wish I will receive my interview or transfer letter soon. Good luck everyone.

Haven't called yet but im planning to on monday hopefully I will be able to get to speak to an actual person. keep getting this feeling that our petitions are on the bottom of a pile in the bottom drawer of a forgotten desk.......it really aggrivates me because I was also kind of expecting a RFE and we havent received one so it just adds to my conclusion that our case is missing.

I received a letter today from the Department of Homeland Security regarding the service request I placed. this is what the letter says:

Dear -----:

On 1/26/2009 you, or the designated representative shown below, contacted us about your case. Some of the key information given to us at that time was the following:

Caller indicated they are: Applicant or Petitioner

Attorney name: info not available

Case type: I-765

Filing date: 12/09/2008

Receipt #: MSC-12-345-67890

Beneficiary: N/A

Type of service requested: Non-Delivery of Other Notice

The status of this service request is:

Your application information has been entered into the system which schedules applicants for biometrics at their local ASC. We are unable to determine how soon you should receive the Appointment Notice. Biometrics appointments are scheduled as lots become available at the ASC and some Centers have a waiting period of 3-6 months. Once you have been scheduled for an appointment, you will receive an Appointment Notice that you receive with you to your appointment.

My question is, since the case type entered into the system is only my I-765, it could mean that if they schedule me for a biometrics appointment, it will only be for my I-765 application and will not include my I-485 :( . Do I have to have biometrics for both applications? or a biometrics for I-765 alone will suffice? Should I call the USCIS about this? :help: PLEASE!

Paging map1map, If I'm not mistaken, I think it was you who posted before about having received the same letter from the DHS. did they only enter your I-765? was your biometrics both for I-765 and I-485?
