Ok, so I obviously didn't get it right. We've submitted all of the documentation for the AOS, but apparently fell 4 photos short - we only submitted 2. For some reason, I thought that would be enough. My question is do I call them DHS and inform them of this or should I wait for the letter to come asking us that we're missing photos. Please HELP!!

Thanks in advance VJ family...

It should be ok to wait for the RFE....other option is to give them a call to make sure about the steps you need to take pertaining to this concen of yours. I would like to suggest that don't send any missing number of photos since your AOS has been submitted already. If you're sending any missing document or photos, it will take a while for them to find your file not to mention that there are many applicants on their pile. Don't worry it's really easy to fix. Good luck! So you're a November filer as well..good luck to all of us!!!

"Have faith in God, Jesus answered. I'll tell you the truth. if anyone says to this mountain, Go, throw yourself to the sea, and that does not doubt in his heart but believes that what he says will happen. it will be done for him. Therefore I'll tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours" (MARK 11:22-24)

I would have to agree with jhunjhun.... I think 2 pHotos is enough for as long as you have other documents as evidence of your relationship.

Your post and your timeline indicate that you only filed for AOS. If that is the case, two passport photos is enough. Two more are filed with the EAD and two with the AP application.
