Hi everyone. I filed and my paperwork was received on September 27th 2008 but there has been absolutely no change in my status. It has not even been touched. Can someone tell me if this is normal? I have seen people who have filed in October 08 and their file has been touched. 2 Months and nothing.

Thanks :)

I think the NOA1 went to my lawyer becuase I have a receipt number and can track my case. Another question is what can we do now to prepare for the next step. I know we need the police certificates but what else will they need once we get an NOA2?
