Ooh - I want to go to Wyoming and see the Grand Prismatic Spring - it's up there with my trip to South Dakota and such like :D

Oh and Marta - see my eggs have begun to hatch :D I'll have baby dragons again in no time!!!

aly, one of your eggs is missing! is there a possibility to see the dragon when it's hatched?

Yeah - the site I get them at is sometimes slow to load so they seem to disappear from time to time - I can post the link to my dragons as well but it will take you to another site which again is slow to load - lemme see if I can get a URL on my sig :D

A stressful evening: Eric has been visiting his cousin in the Ukraine this past week and was supposed to arrive in Germany today.

He just called while I was on a walk, and somebody suffered a heartattack on is flight, the flight had to return and now he's stuck in Istanbul. My dad isn't specifically good at listening or delivering messages, so now I'm trying to call Turkish Airways to find out when he will come home, but they don't want to give me information because I don't have his ticket number.

ANNOYING.

and I JUST read your post, and then opened up MSNBC, and the first title that hit my eye was 'Flight delayed? try airport karaoke!' so I thought I'd pass that on to suggest to Eric :lol:;)

The Very Secret Diary of Legolas Son of Weenus - by Cassandra Claire

Day One: Went to Council of Elrond. Was prettiest person there. Agreed to follow some tiny little man to Mordor to throw ring into volcano. Very important mission - gold ring so tacky.

Day Six: Far too dark in Mines of Moria to brush hair properly. Am very afraid I am developing a tangle.

Orcs so silly.

Still the prettiest.

Day 35: Boromir dead. Very messy death, most unnecessary. Did get kissed by Aragorn as he expired. Does a guy have to get shot full of arrows around here to get any action? Boromir definitely not prettier than me. Cannot understand it. Am feeling a pout coming on.

Frodo off to Mordor with Sam. Tiny little men caring about each other, rather cute really.

Am quite sure Gimli fancies me. So unfair. He is waist height, so can see advantages there, but chunky braids and big helmet most off-putting. Foresee dark times ahead, very dark times.

i just got up at 7am because last night the flight information said that he would arrive at 5am in frankfurt, but now I see that he just arrived in frankfurt. poor thing.

I'm just really cold. Earlier today I managed to spin our ford explorer 180degrees, thankfully on a quiet road with no parked cars and nothing coming the other way. Our roads like ice rinks. Didn't help that I hadn't noticed Nick had for some reason turned the 4 wheel drive off. Was scary but at the same time kinda fun....weeeeee!!

07/31/2008 - AOS and EAD finally mailed

08/02/2008 - Delivered

08/08/2008 - Check cleared

08/11/2008 - NOA1's for AOS and EAD recieved (reciept date 08/07/2008)

08/16/2008 - Biometrics letter recieved

09/09/2008 - Biometrics at 1pm, Omaha

09/26/2008 - AOS transferred to CSC

09/29/2008 - AOS touched (took out envelope at CSC and put in new pile)

10/03/2008 - AOS touched (probably that RFE coming soon!!!!)

10/06/2008 - AOS touched AGAIN!!! (surely it's an RFE)

10/15/2008 - EAD CARD PRODUCTION ORDERED!!!!YEY!!!

10/27/2008 - EAD IN HAND

01/12/2009 - AOS touched

01/26/2009 - Email from CRIS. GREENCARD PRODUCTION ORDERED..YIPPPPEEE

Why, it just seems like yesterday I was getting out my riot season clothes! :lol:

Eep! That would scare me! Don't you have chains for your tires or do they not help? I've never had to drive with chains on so not sure how they would affect it at all... I was positively warm today and had to take my jumper off. In other news, I now have two mini Christmas puddings (very expensive, from Jensens but imported so proper :D), lots of Christmas alcohol, rum truffles and a nice outfit to wear for Christmas. Seemed a bit of a pity to buy something when I am intending to lose a bunch of weight come New Year but still - the first thing I tried was too big and they didn't have a smaller size which made me feel good :D

And Marta - my dragons have hatched again :D I just need to wait for them to get their wings and then I can tell if they are boys or girls :D
