Complete time line for a specific countriy

I am going to send my packet tomorrow and wanted to find out if anyone has any experience filling with the US consulate/Ambassy in Switzerland.

The timeline from my filling in CA and the second notification will most likely be average but I am more interested on finding out the time line after it has been sent to Switzerland?

Yes they are!

Listed by country Switzerland has 19 days for a K1 and listed by consulate it is 89 days. Does not make sense!Typo maybe or I am not understanding those numbers. Switzerland has 1 consulate and 1 ambassy.

hmm, you're right. i'm not sure why that is. the numbers for k3 visas are the same but it doesn't seem to be showing the same number of records for k1 for some reason.

it might be advisable to by the larger number and hope that it will be quicker than that.

They have a pretty fast turnaround, mine took a bit longer because it wasn't possible to get an appointment with the Dr. in Zurich as fast as I would have liked. I had to wait more than a month to go to the Dr. in early January, but the Consulate gave me an interview date just 1 week after my visit to the Dr when I let them know about the delay and the date of my Dr.'s appointment.

Whenever I sent them any of the forms back, I got a confirmation letter within a few days, so they are fast if everything else is right on track
