Part B. Line 13 on I-129F asks for list of all children of alien fiance. Does this apply to adult children who will remain in their native country?

The question does not add the qualifier "include only the children who will accompany".... It asks for all children.

YMMV

Yes. Your fiance(e) will be asked about any children accompanying at a later time.

Pushbrk....The OP has not indicated the children will follow, in fact OP says children will remain in native country -

To the OP - I listed my adult daughter on the form because it wasn't specific about the arrangements ( staying, going with parent or following at a later date). I listed her even though she had no intent to immigrate to the USA. Of course, it is always possible that sometime in the future your fiance children may wish to pursue immigration.

The answer to your question is yes, please list you fiance children even adult ones.

Good Luck

Nevertheless the subject will come up again and she'll be asked to list children immigrating with her. If none, none are listed. Simple stuff.
