Yeah, being placed in USCIS' "hurry-up-and-wait" mode is not exactly a nice experience.

(having actually endured it from 1997-1999 due to a chopf##k attorney's misfiling my own labour-based GC petition)

2005/11/07 I-129F approved, forwarded to NVC--to Chennai Consulate 2005/11/14

2005/12/02 Packet-3 received from Chennai

2005/12/21 Visa Interview Date

2006/04/04 Pras' entry into US at DTW

2006/04/15 Church Wedding at Novi (Detroit suburb), MI

2006/05/01 AOS Packet (I-485/I-131/I-765) filed at Chicago

2006/08/23 AP and EAD approved. Two down, 1.5 to go

2006/10/13 Pras' I-485 interview--APPROVED!

2006/10/27 Pras' conditional GC arrives -- .5 to go (2 yrs to Conditions Removal)

2008/07/21 I-751 (conditions removal) filed

2008/08/22 I-751 biometrics completed

2009/06/18 I-751 approved

2009/07/03 10-year GC received; last 0.5 done!

:huh: time line every time i read mine  my time line it  gets longer first it read jan now may sept when i read it i go in to a deep depression how can it  jump a head 7 months !!! :help:  :crying: the way i read it i wont see my husband till next sept that would be a year and a half !! i know so many people who come to the usa and ajust there sates when they come in to the country on a vistor visa !! I wanted to do it the right cause thats who i am!! now i am kicking my self in the butt for not lieing THIS realy SUCKS

new here trying to get around this and stomblei!!!

Tried to in sert hubby and me photos but always says to big !

just joined last week intersted to hear others stories and time lines filed aug and sept hubbie coming from australia!

Been so long since i have seen him ! So any form AU need to know dose my hubbie need to go to sidney to get interview! He is in melbourne!
