Fiance says she went home to Phils, but I know she is still here in the US

Hi guys, my fiance arrived here over 2 weeks ago. We had problems from the start and I decided its best to let her go back. She went to her friend's place last week and she was supposed to leave today. I know she and her friend are lying to me and she is still here in the states. Is there anything I can do to stop all this from going on? I mean I brought her here to be with me, not to be on vacation with her friend.

I know things have been so hard for you..

First, a girl who wants to have a stop over in Japan for weeks.

Second, a fiance who is fake.

Third, a fiance who lied again.

Forth, a fiance who lied for the 3rd time saying that she went home here in Phils. But turned out that she is just around the corner.

Come'on man.. You've been reading advices from our fellow vj family about what should be the best thing to do, I hope you got something from it. The reason that lives on not until the 90 days expiration of your fiance's visa expires, She will be totally kicked out in United states. I know that its like raining needles in your house right now however, she will be totally out of US after 90 days, that's for sure...

However, while waiting for that time frame, go to the authority and report your situation.

When the 90 days is over and you know she's still there, well, she has to deal with immigration... whoah! she's goin to be banned.

OMG! some people here hates your desolated, sick faked fiance, so much. She is sooooo bad! she deserves something so worst more than you are going through.

I have read your other thread... First, I believe that there are 3 sides of the story... yours, your fiancee' and the truth...

Man, I know how you feel but if you don't mind what really happened when she arrived there? It's somehow hard to believe that all of a sudden from nowhere she told you that she doesn't really love you and all she wants is only to live in US... I'm not saying that you are not telling the truth, you know, it's not right to judge anyone though I understand you...

Many VJ members have given you options on how to deal with your problem... If you feel reporting it to immigration is the best thing to do, then do it... and move on... God bless you...

Inform USCIS that you are withdrawing your petition. Since you did not marry her, her visa would expire and she would be forced to go back to the Philippines.

What you are going thru is hard... but try to accept the situation in order for you to move on.

She can remain in the USA for her full 90 days allowed on her I-94, and NO you cant just report her and have her deported. If she chooses to overstay her 90 days there is nothing you can do about it and ICE is not going to go on a manhunt to find her.

Forget about her and move on.

I know you are not dumb person, you already received good advices. what's your purpose of continous posting here? We vj members can't do anything to make you ex fiancée come back to you or kick her out in US.

No... Withdraw your petition and move on...

Now she is trying to pay someone else to help her stay here. Is it possible for her to do this, to get married to another US citizen?

buddy i dont think so???because ur the one who petitioned her not the guys who is she trying to pay........u have all the papers signed

all i want u to do is report her and she will be subjected to fraud......

y dont u ask immigration about ur case hope i could find the number and i'll give it to u.....

plz dont tolerate what she's doing it's a lesson to her.........

i remember one fellow pinay who tried to pay one USC they filed for k1 in the phils, she paid him P150,000

but during the interview she got denied, what's the reason?she only asked for the "USC fiance" fone number but she didnt know

so she was denied, and here she comes her great oppurtunity going to US she can't apply now because she is subjected to fraud......

in short she was banned...........

i guess u have all the evidences...........

do something to stop her.........

plz listen to us...........
