Welcome to the club. I usually check the site at least four times a day. You are perfectly normal and having our stuff done without our control drives me nuts too... Relax. :)

Hang in there. You're not alone.

I know the feeling, I filed around the same time you did and I am also anxiously waiting like you. Hopefully we hear something soon. I know we should not all expect emails, it might just show up in the mail from what I have read in the forum.

Same here...I applied on Dec 12 to TSC and then transfer to VSC (never received a notification only in the online status states that VSC had it). After I make INFOPASS, the officer sent me a note at the end of OCT stating that I should received a decision or notice of action in 30 days...still counting.

Looks like they suddenly slow down, remember that during DEC is that the main transfers from TSC started to occurred to VSC, exactly mid DEC and up!

Thanks guys....I have become a little obsessive these days. I guess I am just tired of having my life on hold. I wonder if I was gonna get an RFE if I would have that by now, or maybe they are sending me for an interview. Who knows, I sent in a pile of proof so hopefully they wade through it shortly!!!!:blink:

It's VERY frustrating...I have been reviewing my case online like three times a day even my friends asked me if I got news, my parents...and nothing! I check my mail like a desperate everytime I return to my apt and nothing. I travel constantly and everytime that I have to go through immigration I am like "I hope I hope I don't have problems!".

What upset me the most is that I even would be approved LONG AGO even before got divorce if I live in the other side of the country. There is no such thing of fair process.

Anybody knows what it is ?

I am very anxious as well, but trying not to worry. I try to not check our online status or even VJ everyday because it makes the

wait seem even longer. We are eligible to apply for citizenship next month, but I'd really like for the lifting of conditions to be approved

before then. I am watching the processing times on the USCIS website, and as soon as it passes our receipt date we will be

contacting our senator. Hopefully we get approved soon.

Anastassia, try logging in to InfoPass around 5:00 p.m. If I recall that's when they add new appointments.

I don't know about you guys, but I think when my window opens up to apply for citizenship, I think I am going to. It would be nice to see light at the end of this tunnel. I remember when I went for my biometrics in January, the officer said " Oh Vermont has a 7 month wait." I was thinking ok that is managable.....now it is almost a year. I know I shouldn't complain, and that there are still alot of us who have had to wait longer.

I guess it would be nice if they sent us a letter saying" Hey I know you have been waiting for what seems to be an eternity, just want to let you know we have are still working on your case and it should be done by......

Sorry just need to vent

Thanks,

Lissa

Nope, you're not the only one... I was fine while they were still a few months ahead of me, but now they're processing applications from the month as me and I'm still waiting to see something! We just went away for a week and I had the fond hope that I'd find an approval in my mail when we got home but nope... since my case status says it was 'received at TSC on Jan 3rd' does that mean that it puts me behind the other December people in the queue? My greencard expires on something like Jan 5th and I'm going nuts waiting for the new one...
