I checked my case status today and they have removed the processing time of 90-120 days from it now it just says this

Your I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E) was received on January 23, 2006. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete. You can use our processing dates to estimate when this case will be done. Follow the the link below for current processing dates.

If I was going by processing dates, it should have already been done......wouldn't you guys think so too? I just don't understand this at all. Getting more and more frustrated, but trying to be patient....

1/23/06 NOA1 from CSC

1/27/06 - Check cleared

7/10/06 - NOA2

7/14/06- rec'd @ NVC

8/14/06- NVC sent petition to Consulate

8/17/06 - Korean Consulate rec'd Petition

8/23/06 - rec'd packet 3 from Consulate

8/25/06 - sent packet 3 back to Consulate

8/27/06 - got confirmation email from Consulate, they rec'd packet three

8/27/06 - requested interview date via Consulate internet site.

9/1/06 - Checked internet site for interveiw date, it was there

9/25/06 - Interview date - APPROVED

9/28/06 - Visa in Zaeems Hand - YEAHHHHH

1/6/07 - leaving for USA

1/20/07 - Wedding Date

1/20/07 - MARRIED!!!!!

2/10/07 - rec'd certified copy of marriage license

yeah i know, i called my congresswoman again today, they said they put in a congressional inquiry and they even have not heard anything back , and they are not sure why, they are going to put in another inquiry today and call me back as soon as they hear something :(

Hi there!

I have the same problem! :(

Our NOA1 is dated Feb 1 and we havent heard anything since than. I worry, too, becaues the 120 days are over and according to the processing times it should be done already. My fiance called the TSC twice and they just told him to wait....

But maybe it helps you a little bit to know that you are not the only one in this situation....

I just noticed your message. The processing dates have been removed from my message as well. I am at Nebraska. I see you are in additional security checks, I wonder if this is something they do to everyone undergoing additional security checks? Perhaps because they expect you to go past the posted dates they remove them in hopes you will stop bugging them?

I noticed the processing dates are gone too. I'm still waiting too and am in the process of contacting a senator. Her office didn't seem too responsive when I called, so hopefully they'll be a little bit more helpful once I fax them the pertinent information. You're not alone with the waiting, but it still sucks!

Yep, I got it too. Not sure what it means but probably more waiting. I feel like each day that passes and I'm left waiting, I lose my mind all the more. At least I'm not in this alone.
