My husband is out and can't answer his mobile and I just needed to tell someone that would appreciate it what's happened.

So, all this started YEARS ago and VisaJourney have been there every step of the way. I checked my case status online this evening (which I haven't done in months) and....

"On November 4, 2008, we ordered production of your new card."

Forget the election result, removing the conditions of my residency is the biggest news happening today!

I don't remember who you all are or know if you're still out there but thank you to everyone who's helped in answering my often inane, usually previously answered and generally mundane questions.

There is hope and it does all work out in the end. It just takes huge amounts of patience, occasional tears, the odd tantrum and a very very understanding husband.

Good luck to anyone else still waiting.

Hi MrsBeer,

:star: Congratulations, MrsBeer for getting your 10yr Green Card!!! :star:

After such a long 10-11 (by the way, how long did it take you exactly?) months wait, you deserve it! It's good to know that the VSC is doing something, even if it takes a long long time. Too bad though, you couldn't get a refund for the I-751, as you only have the 10yr card for a short time now.

Oh well, onto the next stage of citizenship for you, Mrs Beer!

Good luck too on your Citizenship application and the rest of your immigration journey!

Ant (Still waiting at the VSC...)

P.S. Can you please update your "Date of I-751" information and "Approval" information on the "VSC Status List" here: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...t&p=2362145

Thank you. As that would be a great help here on VJ!
