i prefer Gordon Ramsey's Kitchen Nightmares over Hell's Kitchen.. he doesn't scream as much :P

although the American version of Kitchen Nightmares sucks compared to the UK version :P

The UK version is waaaaaaaaaay better. I also enjoy The F Word and that show with Heston Blummenthal

although the American version of Kitchen Nightmares sucks compared to the UK version :P

:thumbs: the American one tries to dramatize it too much and I hate the voice over guy.. I like that for the voice overs in the UK version they use Gordon... :thumbs:

Believe me.. I had my share when I was a chef :blink:

I worked in one of his restaurants in London so I have experienced it myself. The most confusing b*tch out sessions are the ones where two corporate chefs want things done different ways and they both yell at you and change it every 5 minutes. I was a yeller but only when things got really f*cked up or we had to 86 something and servers kept taking orders for it. I blame them for all my anger :P
