okay! SOoooo Now i'm panicking a bit. I checked the uscis website and it says on Oct 15/08 they sent us a letter requesting more evidence. :( We sent about 15 photographs, 3 pages worth of cell phone history highlighting our calls since we've started talking, plane ticket itineraries. What else can we mail them??? We have a lot of emails stored which we have. But please, any advice. :(

Thanks

An RFE can be for just about anything, even as simple as a passport pic, just wait for the letter and provide them with what they request even if you had already sent it.

Typically they do not RFE for evidence of communication, many times it is for something already sent, but may have been misplaced by the adjudicator at USCIS.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

Or it could be a clarification on a typo on the form, or even a document they're missing. Just gotta wait for the RFE to see what they want.

Don't panic...You say that they sent it so I am assuming you have not received it yet. Wait until you read the letter and see what they are asking for...it could be as simple as something you missed while filling out the petition. Or maybe they did not like the pass port size pic's. Anyway you will not know until you receive it in the mail and read it. Best of luck

If you or your fiance/e have a copy of the packet you could even start checking now to make sure you dotted all your "i"s and crossed the "t"s. Especially check signatures...a lot of people miss a signature on the G-325, it has to be signed on all four pages. If you can find what's wrong you can get it fixed and ready to send out the second you receive the RFE letter.

See my timeline for my K-1 and AOS/EAD/AP details.
