Called USCIS today...was told to give them the 60 days they ask :P 2008-11-17
Called 2009-01-05 they said call back in 30 days :(
Called 2009-02-05 Was told yes you are beyond normal processing time...we will e-mail the office that is processing your petition and wait 30 days for a letter from them...received the letter 2009-02-12 and says Your case is currently under review. You should receive a decision or notice of other action within 60 day's :( Today 2009-02-28 still waiting :(:(... |
