I'm an attorney, albeit a new one. These electronic "ask-a-lawyer" things are beyond ridiculous, as it's extremely difficult to consult an attorney via an electronic form and convey the full details of your case. If you do want to consult with an attorney, it's very easy to have a $50-100 consultation and have ALL of your questions answered AND convey the relevant details of your case.

This forum is excellent instruction for filling out forms and the vast majority of those doing K1s/AOS won't need an attorney, but I recommend if you have a serious issue in your immigration status, that you consult a competent attorney and not resort to these online deals.

Also, SPAM just sucks, straight out.

This chat is usually for people with more complicated immigration issues, namely the I-601 and I-212 waivers. It really doesn't deal with the simpler K-1/K-3 cases, but I thought I'd post it in case anyone is interested.
