my mother is a LPR and has partitoned for my USA Green Card sometime in 2001.

I am currently researching on other ways where I can get a USA Green Card and I wish to ask a question.

For example, if after knowing an American girl for some time, and she decides to marry me, I understand I can apply for a 2 year conditional green card via a K1 visa.

in this situation, what will happen to my mother's application for me?

Can I apply for my conditional Green Card first via K1 visa and after my piority date becomes current, I do an AOS via my mother's application?

OR, why don't you go to school, get a degree, apply to be a worker in the US and do it that way. I mean that way you're bettering your life without committing visa fraud and perhaps you could be adding to the country instead of burdening it. Women have intuition and aren't going to marry you just for your own selfish reasons.

Okay I am just fustrated as well as a few others about this.

It just chaps my hide when most of us here are sitting and bawling everyday because we have to sit and stare at a webcam and hear our loved ones on yahoo messenger or other voice chat programs AND we cant even touch them or sit next to them or even BREATHE the same AIR they are in the SAME room. THEN we get folks who want a free ride and think The USA is their ticket.

Well GUESS what..it is NOT and like someone posted; most women are not that daft or moronic to think some guy wants to piggy back ride her for a greencard.

Let me just tell the OP IF I knew your real name I would so let immigration know of your intentions. THIS IS FRAUD and it is people like you who screw it up for those of us who are doing this the LEGAL WAY.

I would suggest doing what someone else said: GET EDUCATED and do it the right way or wait till mommy gets here LEGALLY and you can piggy back ride her instead of using some innocent women who thinks you love her when you don't

Funkycatspangky, the forms require you to enter the information of any other immigration-related applications. You cannot come in on one visa and adjust status using another. I'm going to move your thread to a forum which fits better with your circumstance and where you may get some answers.

You have absolutely no background information on the OP's circumstances. It is up to USCIS to make that decision..... using all the information THEY receive. Information which you do not have. That is judgemental.

As we do not have any information about the OP no one has the right to accuse him of fraud, and to tell him that VJ is only for loved ones waiting to be together, sorry but that is WRONG!!!!

I am not from the USA and if I met a USC girl and start a long distance relationship with her and we two fell in love and decided to marry.

The marrage is a real marrage based on love

Isnt K1 visa designed for things like this?
