So I'm way a head in the curiosity game and I just want to know what embassy I should be hypothetically going to if I live in Winnipeg?

I-751 file: 11/07/11

NOA1 date: 11/10/11

Biometrics: 11/30/11

Approval: 08/17/12

Hold what you got and maintain.

As krikit mentioned, you case number will tell you, but basically looks like you will be interviewed in Vancouver:

K Visas

K visas are processed/interviewed at both Montreal and Vancouver, depending on your Province of Residence:

Manitoba and West: Vancouver

Ontario and East: Montreal

What's your ID#? The first 3 letters should indicate which Consulate you've been referred to.

Ah #######, don't get me wrong nothing against BC but I would have much rathered to go to Montreal.

Unless things have changed recently... you should be happy... Montreal has been very slow and Vancouver relatively quick (well, much quicker than Montreal)

YMMV
