I heard from the lawyer that the statements are good with removing conditions on GC, but not really for AOS, apparently officers don't care about them much during AOS. Just my 2 cents :)

you don't need any sworn statements for the AOS interview. just bring proof of co-habitation (lease, mortgage papers, utility bills), sharing finances (bank accounts, credit cards, canceled checks), pictures of you together, etc.

how come? the letter i rec from uscis states that i need to bring 2 sworn statements.

this is strange. the letter i rec from uscis clearly states that i need to bring to sworn statements. should i ignore it?

Looks like they may have doubts about the validity of your case. No! DON"T ignore it. Get people that know your marriage is bona fide write letters saying so and they are willing to testify on your behalf.

I'd have them notarized also.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

Yes, you can use it but it really depends on IO if he/she is going to accept them as a proof or not. We included one from m hubby`s mom when we were filing I-130 because we didn`t have lease or anything. In addition to statement of the nature of our relationship it also stated that we lived with her. Here is an example:

In Re: USCIS

Petitioner: John Doe

Beneficiary: Jane Doe

I, ________________________________, was born in ___________ on __________. (If nturalized then add: I became USC on ______________).

I`m being sworn, certify that the following statements are true: I have known petitioner and/or beneficiary since___________

_____________________, and know of my own personal knowledge that they have been dating since _______________ and got married on ___________________.

I understand that I am swearing or affirming under oath to the truthfulness of the claims

made in this affidavit and that the punishment for knowingly making a false statement includes

fines and/or imprisonment.

When I was looking for a sample online I didn`t have any luck so I refrased Florida Affiavit of Corroborating Witness for divorce. Here is the link to it so you can maybe add or edit some info: http://www.flcourts.org/gen_public/family/..._rules/902i.pdf
