hi everyone, i have on quik question regarding the passport pictures we must send with the I-129F packet. My fiance took her passport pictures in Colombia, well she took them so she can use them for this packet as well as for her passport. the size requirements are not the same as here in the USA. the US passport size must be 2inx2in. but hers that she just took are 1.4inx1.8in (offical Colombian passport size picture) do you think this will be a problem? should we use the picture or have her take another? i am basically waiting for her to send me her g325a, letter of intent and passport picture, but now am nervous to use that picture. I am trying to avoid a RFE by all means, but has anyone sent the I-129F passport picture with the Foreign size requisites? and did you have any problems or have a RFE? thanks in advance

They expect the 2in x 2in or 5cm x 5cm size. Some have reported no issues when submitting "unofficial" sized photos and to a lesser extent, some have reported issues.

I submitted UK style and we where fine. Best to get what they ask for though if you can.

Off size pictures are generally ok when submitting the petition but she'll need to follow the standards given in her P3 for the pictures she takes to the interview.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

That's what I understand too. We had them ready incase of an RFE.

Also, needed for the interview.
