Reviewing VJ .... 10 approvals a month @ VSC is just not good enough!

i think one of the reason is looking at each others timeline....so better not have a timeline i guess..

Have you noticed the USCIS homepage on the “What’s New” posting section? “USCIS Makes Major Strides During 2008 November 6, 2008 - More than one million new citizens took the Oath of Allegiance during fiscal year 2008, just one of the significant accomplishments of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) in the past year”.

This is really good work on their side, however they should have kept up with the other applicants like I-130 and I-129 and not left them aside. But we will wait there is no other option.

A couple of people with NOA1 of mid to end MAY were transferred to CSC today.

This is a ray of HOPE to all of us..... maybe we will have some good news in time for Christmas

Yeah I did see that. I hope this is goon news for us and hopefully we hear something in December. It will be a good Christmas gift for us.

i filed in july and i then filed th ei-129f in aug and requested an expedite and they transferred the i-129f to the local office in los angeles on sep 19th and no word from them ever since. i called the congress office today and i spoked to a very very very rude lady , she was complaining and complaining and then she said ,when are we going to stop recieve calls from you guys, why can't you wait ?? and i said that i need surgerys and i can't wait anymore, and then she said that she doesn't care and she wont call and ask for me and for me to call after 6 months?????????? i just dont know what to do anymore, it has been little over three months and we been away from each other for two years now they deny our first i-130 because they lost half of my documents at the local office and then they start charging us $355 and the process is still the same ,infact its getting worse , i wish i can do something about it ,i guess we just have to wait and deal with it alone without any help

I just saw this posting, I am sorry about what you are and have gone through. Did you get the lady's name you spoke with, the date you called and the time you called, if so you can call/write a complaint on her, if she has so many complaints against her, she'll possibly get fired. Also, don't just contact one congress member, contact as many as you can, let them know hey this congress person office representative was rude to me and offered no help, explain to them your situation, and ask for their assistance. I'm not saying all this will correct things for you but it won't hurt you. The worst thing they can say is no/nothing and they've already done that once, you never know it could help your case. Again I apologize for what you had to endure and hope things will only get better for you. Good luck on your case!

Wow, congrats You are the first July filer I have seen transferred

I' m an August filer so this is exciting for those of us waiting as well. Hope things move quickly for you now that you are at CSC. Good luck!

I think VSC is now working on Mid April to Mid May Files....any Thoughts???

God knows. Its a logical assumption though.

Hi all, I am July 9th NOA 1 filler. Still waiting as you are for an approval. I filed for K-3 and CR-1 together. The K-3 is August 5, 2008. Good luck to all of us!!!

NOA1 Recieved on June 30th here. Was touched on 7/7/08 but nothing else since.. This freaking sucks! I'm a newbie is there something that you guys are doing that I should be doing to like contacting a congressman. How Do I go about doing that? How do I find out who my congressman is, and What kind of contact or letter should I write him. I am sitting here in Vietnam waiting with my wife to go back to america and it's taking FOREVER. Any other suggestion you guys give would help me out alot.
