hi guys , am new here and i hope that u guys can help me on this ,so i send pepers for

AOS but i just gor this pink notice for Request for intail evidence cause my wife can t bit the 125%of poverty line, that s mean i need a co sponsor right ? so her dad accept to be a co sponsor and he need to file the I-864 my question is what he need to send with the I 864 for more information he s employee

thanks guys for any informations.

thanks guys i did know that but i need be more sure that s why i ask about what he need to give us cause i find he need w2 and 1040 tax return or trascrepts so what s a difference and please what s form he need to send with the I=864 just to be sure 100% thanks for yr passions guys .

The co-sponsor needs to provide the same proof as the sponsor: w-2's, tax returns, employment letter, pay stubs.

Also, I believe the co-sponsor needs to include proof that they are a US citizen. A birth certificate or copy of US passport bio page.
