We forgot to send enough photos for AOS, what to do?

We sent in our AOS for a K1 on Sept 8th. However, i just realized that we only sent 2 photographs instead of 6 (i-485, i-765, i-131). What do I do? I do not want to wait for a RFE, as we need my wifes EAD as soon as possible, but how do we send the photos and have them link it to our application?

You really have to wait for a RFE. If you send them now there is no guarantee that they will end up with your packet.

When I filed all 3 forms, I sent only 2 photographs. I am waiting for GC now..Don't worry. You will be all right. For me, the photo on my EAD card is the photo I took on my biometrics and fingerprints day. The photo on my AP is the photo I sent (but they scan by computer on the paper). If you get an RFE,for the missing evidence of continuing relationship, then submit it at the time. Otherwise, do not send it as its not guaranteed that it will be combined with your current AOS application.

There are many people who send only two photos instead of six and get approval. Your EAD time frame shouldn't be affected anyway - they do use the photos taken at your biometrics appointment.
