Do i really need to put a detail on pics? or just names location and date?pencil or pen?and what should i write on the labels if i use a plastic picture holder?just want to make sure im doin it right.

I'd paste the pictures into a word document with captions beside or beneath. If already on photo paper and you don't need them back, just affix them to full sheets of paper with written or typed captions.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

While it is good practice to give the AO a clear and precise "roadmap" to the evidence be presented, I did nothing to the photos other than print them on a piece of paper

YMMV

We printed the pictures at home on regular size photo paper and wrote on the back with pencil, date, locations and everyone in the pictures and if it was an "occasion". I like the posting that said they printed them on paper and wrote beside the details. That would be clean and neat and make it simple to go through the file. Anything to make processing your app. easier. Nice idea! :jest:

I copied our pictures into a MS Powerpoint document that allowed for ease of resizing and layout. I then put a "little" text about each group or pics (page) which fell far short of identifing all locations and people in the pics. Printing was easy from that point and I did it on my home color printer with regular bond paper.
